Online Flex Open Enrollment

The Online Open Enrollment feature for your Flex plan is accessed through the Claims Tool Kit. If you have previously used the Claims Tool Kit to file claims or check your account balances, use your current Username and Password to log in as you have in the past.

Choose Your Login Type

If you are new to the Online Tool Kit, please use the following login information:

Username:  Social Security Number without dashes

Password:   Last four digits of your Social Security Number

                    (you will be prompted to change this for security purposes)
