Genesis Employee Benefits is a leading third-party administrator (TPA) serving customers nationwide. In addition to serving private sector clients, we also specialize in serving the unique needs of both public sector employers and Taft-Hartley health and welfare benefit funds.
Genesis entered the market in June of 2002, following the issuance of Internal Revenue Guidance authorizing Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). By coupling an HRA with a trust instrument (VEBA or Section 115) we created a turn-key solution for administering complex account-based healthcare programs. As a result, today, we're best known for our popular America's VEBA Solution products and services.
As we grew we discovered that our leading-edge administrative platform was a logical replacement for outdated legacy administrative systems. Utilizing the latest SQL Server technology and .NET framework, we eliminate barriers and inefficiencies that tend to exist in standard legacy systems. More importantly, our technological platforms allow us to significantly improve and simplify the end-user experience for both the client and participant.
